Account sign-in and safety
Updated October 3, 2026
Sign in with Google
Open Account at the top of the site and choose Continue with Google. Choose the Google account you want to use, then review Google's consent screen. After sign-in, Account shows your Google email, name and credit balance. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail messages, contacts or files.
Your first visit creates a guest account in this browser. Signing in with a Google account that has not been linked here connects it to the current guest account, preserving its credits, tasks and videos. On another device, use the same Google account to return to the same balance and creations. Google sign-in does not sign out your other devices.
Before buying credits
- Open Account and sign in with Google.
- Check the Google email and credit balance shown before purchasing.
- Choose your credit pack. A recovery code is optional when Google is linked.
If you prefer to use a guest account, create and securely save a recovery code before purchasing. Your Account ID is a reference for support, not a login credential.
Existing guest credits and account switching
If the selected Google account already belongs to another Hotel Lobby AI account, we do not automatically combine accounts or transfer credits. Switching is blocked when the current guest account has credits, purchase or generation history, or a recovery code, so you do not accidentally lose access. Save that guest account's recovery code before logging out; then sign in with your Google account. Contact support if you need help identifying your accounts.
An account linked to one Google identity cannot be relinked to a different identity through sign-in. Log out first if you want to use a separate Google account. Each account keeps its own credits and videos.
Optional recovery backup
In Account, choose Create recovery code and save the complete code in a password manager. The code is displayed once. Its holder can access your account, credits and videos, so never share it or publish a screenshot. Support will never ask for it.
To use it, open Account, paste the latest code into Sign in with a recovery code and select Sign in. Save the new code immediately: the used code is invalidated and all previous account sessions are signed out. Your Google link remains in place, so you can also sign in with the same Google account afterward.
Replace a code or log out
If a recovery code may have been exposed, replace it in Account and save the new one. Replacing it invalidates the old code, but does not sign out existing sessions. To revoke those sessions as well, sign in with the replacement code and save the next code issued.
Log out on shared devices. Logging out ends this browser's session without deleting your account, credits or videos. Return using the same Google account, or your latest recovery code if you have saved one. Before logging out of an unlinked guest account, make sure its latest code is safely saved.
Cookies, private browsing and lost access
Clearing cookies, changing browsers or closing a private-browsing session can end browser access. A session lasts up to one year and may end sooner if removed or revoked. Google-linked accounts can return with Google; guest accounts need the latest recovery code. If an unlinked guest loses both its session and its code, there is no email reset flow. We cannot retrieve plaintext recovery codes because only hashes are stored.
Protect your Google account with Google's security settings, including two-step verification. If you cannot access Google, follow Google's account recovery process or use your saved Hotel Lobby AI recovery code. Hotel Lobby AI cannot reset your Google password.
What protects your account
Production uses HTTPS and a secure, HttpOnly session cookie. Google sign-in verifies the identity response on the server and uses short-lived, single-use login protection. We request only basic identity and profile information. Session tokens and recovery codes are randomly generated and stored as hashes; recovery attempts are rate-limited. These measures cannot protect against someone obtaining your recovery code, accessing your Google account or using an unlocked signed-in device.
Download copies of completed videos you want to keep. Server storage does not guarantee permanent availability.
