What to include
Include an order or generation task reference where available and describe the problem. For account recovery, use your saved recovery code in the account recovery form. Never email your recovery code, passwords, payment card details or API keys.
Content and privacy concerns
Use the same support address for privacy requests, unauthorized likeness reports and copyright complaints. Include the relevant video or page URL, explain the concern and describe your relationship to the material. We may request information needed to verify ownership or account access.
