Operator and agreement
Hotel Lobby AI at hotellobbyai.top is operated by an individual based in China. Contact: [email protected]. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. These terms cover the available service; credit purchases remain unavailable until checkout is enabled.
The service
The generator uses two authorized reference photos to create the subjects of a new AI-generated studio performance. It does not offer a workflow for replacing faces in an existing video. Model availability, processing time and likeness quality vary. Outputs can contain artifacts; review every output before sharing. No particular result is guaranteed.
Eligibility and rights
You must be at least 18 and submit only consenting adult subjects. You must have permission to use every image and any other submitted material. Do not create deceptive impersonations or present generated content as real footage. We do not grant rights to third-party likenesses, voices, trademarks or music. Use and sharing must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
Accounts and recovery
Your browser session connects you to your account. Save your account recovery code securely before purchasing credits. A recovery code restores access and is replaced after use; sharing it gives another person access to the account. If both the session and saved recovery code are lost, email-based recovery is not available. Completed videos are copied to our server and accessed through your account. Archival retries may delay availability. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule; you may request deletion under our Privacy Policy. Storage is not guaranteed permanently, so download a copy of completed videos you wish to keep.
Credits, billing and delivery
When offered, credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. The checkout states the pack price and credit quantity; the generator displays its credit charge before submission. Credits are service units, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash except under our Refund Policy or applicable law. Creem processes purchases as merchant of record. Purchased credits are delivered to the account after payment confirmation. Report missing credits using your order reference.
Safety and interruptions
Generation requires successful prompt and image safety checks. A blocked or unavailable check prevents generation. A pending task may take longer than expected. Confirmed failures restore generation credits under our Refund Policy. We may suspend access for prohibited use, security risks or legal requirements; contact support to dispute a restriction.
Responsibility and changes
You are responsible for the material you submit and how you use generated output. We are responsible for providing the purchased service and handling support and refunds under these policies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date and apply prospectively; completed purchases remain subject to the terms applicable when purchased.
