Acceptable Use Policy

Authorized adult subjects
Use only photos you own or are authorized to use. Obtain each depicted person's consent to AI generation and to any planned sharing. Users and depicted subjects must be adults. Reference photos guide the subjects in a newly generated scene; the service does not offer replacement of faces in existing videos.
Prohibited use
Do not request sexual, sexually suggestive or exploitative content; content involving child subjects; hateful content, violent threats, fraud, illegal activity, harassment or non-consensual likeness use. Do not infringe image, voice, music or other intellectual property rights. Do not impersonate people deceptively, present AI output as real footage, bypass moderation or use the service to manipulate evidence.
Safety controls
Before generation, the composed prompt must pass Creem's Moderation API and both reference photos must pass OpenAI image moderation. Blocked, flagged or unavailable checks prevent generation without charging generation credits. These checks do not establish consent, identity or legal rights and do not guarantee that an output is lawful. Review results before downloading or sharing them.
Reports and enforcement
Email [email protected] to report unauthorized likeness use or other abuse. Include the relevant output or page URL and explain the issue. We may block requests or restrict access for policy violations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
