How to make a Hotel Lobby AI video
Hotel Lobby AI uses two separate reference photos to create the protagonists of a new two-person studio performance. Choose an orange stage, a hanging microphone and a video format in the generator.

What is the Hotel Lobby AI format?
The format places two performers on opposite sides of a hanging microphone in an orange studio scene. This independent tool creates a new AI scene using your references. It does not provide a workflow for replacing faces in an existing video, and it is not affiliated with Migos or COLORS.
Create your video in three steps
- Upload one clear reference photo for each subject. For people, use consenting adults whose photos you have permission to use.
- Choose a stage, aspect ratio, duration and resolution. Add creative directions, then review the displayed credit charge.
- Submit your request. Once safety checks and generation succeed, preview the result in My creations and download the video.
Which photos work best?
The uploader accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images under 10 MB each. Use a well-lit photo with one clearly visible subject per image. Blurry faces, heavy occlusion and conflicting reference details can reduce consistency. Safety checks do not verify identity, age or consent; obtaining permission remains your responsibility.
What video settings are available?
The current generator defaults to MiniMax H3 reference-to-video, with 5- or 10-second durations and 768P or 2K resolution. Choose a vertical 9:16 format for short-form posts or a wide format for a landscape presentation. Model support and results may vary; the controls show the available options.

Try these original scene directions, then adapt them to your references:
Create an original two-person performance in a seamless orange studio with one microphone hanging at the center. Keep the first reference subject on the left and the second on the right. Give each performer natural, distinct movements and maintain a fixed camera.
Do not request copyrighted recordings, deceptive impersonation or unauthorized likenesses. No original commercial song is bundled.
Is it free, and how many credits are needed?
No free generation allowance is currently advertised. Current charges are 50 credits for 5 seconds at 768P, 100 for 10 seconds at 768P, 85 for 5 seconds at 2K and 170 for 10 seconds at 2K. Planned one-time pack prices are US$9 and US$28; final pack quantities and purchase availability are disclosed on the pricing page.
How long does generation take?
Processing time depends on the model and queue. No fixed completion time is guaranteed. Submitted tasks continue on the server if you close the page. Return with the same browser session or your saved recovery code to view My creations.
How are uploads screened?
Reference photos are screened with OpenAI image moderation, and the composed prompt is screened with Creem. A blocked or unavailable safety check prevents generation. A confirmed provider failure restores generation credits. See the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
How do I avoid losing my videos or account?
Save your account recovery code securely before purchasing credits. A used recovery code is replaced. If both your session and recovery code are lost, email-based recovery is unavailable. Completed videos are saved on our server and accessed through your account after archival succeeds. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule; contact support to request deletion under the Privacy Policy. Permanent availability is not guaranteed, so download a copy of videos you wish to keep.
