What happens when generation fails?
Prompts rejected by pre-screening are not charged. If the provider task fails, generation credits return when failure is confirmed. A completed video whose face, pose, motion or style differs from your preference is a creative mismatch; it is not automatically a confirmed task failure. A new attempt consumes credits.
